I've been going to this location for about 6 or 7 years. Usually I get my haircut every few months but this time, the last time I had my hair cut was almost a year ago and was done by the actual manager. He was great. However, today... this young girl who must be fresh out of school screwed up my hair and they called over another woman to fix it. I was in the chair for 45 minutes and still went home with the back looking completely choppy and the sides being totally uneven. They didn't even offer to not charge me. This is also the first time the person started cutting my hair dry AND didn't put half of it up in a clip because my hair is so thick. I don't know what's happening to this place but everytime I go there's been new faces and after this experience I will NEVER go back. I think I just got lucky last time because the manager cut my hair. I now have to pay someone $25 dollars just to even it up, everyone is looking at my hair with disgust!
