When I pulled out of the driveway onto Hull Street Road, I could not see out of the back window, it was so smeary. The sides of the windshield did not look like it had ever been touched, only clean place on the windshield was where the wipers had cleaned. I go to get my car washed just to get it vacuumed and windows washed, its so hard to clean the windows. the carpet still had our dogs hair in it. If I didn't have a pre-paid card, I wouldn't go back. I wouldn't pay a nickel for it. It wouldn't let me proceed without a star, so I gave it 1 star, But they deserve NO stars!!!!

It out and they didn't even bother to wipe off anything on the front it look like it had never been touched.I even called and left them a message for them to give me a call back because I did not like the way that things were done and of course I never heard back from them. Was the biggest waste of money ever -do not go there you're better off to do it yourself!

I have not been able to get a call back after leaving messages. I wanted to get prices and info on detailing. This, combined with these reviews makes me reluctant to go there.

I took my 2005 BMW 325i to the car wash, paid for there service. And when my car came out the detailer said your car is ready went over to my car and saw my left rear trim was missing from my bumper. I went and talked to the manager and wrote up a damage report he said that the owner Jeff will not pay for it. I have not gotten a call from anyone to say sorry or can we help you. I think this is very bad business on there part. Because I own a business, if i cause any damage that is what I pay insurance for or out of pocket.. Check out your car before you leave..by the way camera #5 sees your car before it goes into the car wash, Will not go back to this place again... On one note they did a good job cleaning my car. That was a plus for me.. 5-22-14 now its 6-10-14 no call.....

There car wash damaged my car and don't want to pay for it. Do not go there . This is the only power we have towards them as a consumer

Daves's Auto Spa just lost a customer over not wanting to wipe the brake dust off after the car went through the wash the wheels were not cleaned. Talked to the manager and he told me that was acceptable that the wheels were not cleaned. He is an IDIOT!!!! What a fool he will be out of business soon based on his logic..
