I currently live in these apartments now, the parking is TERRIBLE! pretty much the only way to park anywhere close is to pay a fee of $25 a month for a covered spot. The noise is ridiculous so many people are throwing parties here. Even the older adults with kids of the ages of 6 and 7. It's already getting trashy, people just throw their beer cans and cig left overs on the stairs in the breezeways and ON TOP OF THE CAR PORT! the office staff is very nice besides one male who works there named danielle and he is just more dumb than a box of rocks, and couldn't help a resident to save his life. the apartments themselves are very nice and new so that's the only place. For the complaints I have i think that the prices should be lowered I live on the third floor and pay $699 a month plus $25 for my parking and $8 for trash pickup (which i never uses but it's mandatory to pay)....
