I don't know why I continue to torture myself by not changing my pharmacy. In addition to the painfully long lines EVERY TIME we go, why wouldn't an insurance card which clearly includes ALL family member names on the card be updated in the system for ALL members once one of the family member's uses the card? How could this information not be linked in their system? So all four of us will have to wait in 2 lines for our first prescription of the new year.
