      Wanted to express how courteous they were with helping me deal with a mistake a company made on a returned package. This was on Friday before Christmas Eve. I know that they were super busy at the time, but they still took time to help me. Although I cannot remember the sweet woman's name, she went above and beyond to help me. In this day in time, no one stops to say thank you. They are to focused on telling you every thing you did wrong. I just want you to know that this ONE CUSTOMER thinks that your doing GREAT!!!Thank you

      UPS is wonderful. But Switchboard.com leaves a lot to be desired. Phone number is wrong..
