This location has the most unprofessional, & dishonest people who think they are above ALL the TEXAS LAWS set 4th for dealerships and it's consumer's I've ever encountered. Claims this location is "good with numbers" otherwise stops at nothing 2 make that "BOTTOM LINE" VERY GREEN for Basin Subaru Dealership. Someone needs stop for 1 second 2 see attitudes so horrific that word of mouth from a consumer that purchased a automobile from here when there was a entity finance mgr would endure days of harrassment & threats if other employee's weren't pleased with the purchase agreement you had already entered with the car lot & bank. I was humiliated in front of all sales reps accused of stealing the suv I had purchased 5 days prior, writing a hot check for my downpymt & forced to sign a more expensive contract & give a 2nd downpymt or I'd be arrested 4 auto theft. BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'VE BEEN EVERY WHERE TRYING TO GET A CAR AFTER SOME UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES AND WAS TIRED OF BEING TURNED DOWN WHEN A FRIEND OF MINE REFERED ME TO RAMON LEYBA AND HE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT AND DID NOT TREAT ME DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF MY CREDIT, BETTER YET HE GOT ME APPROVED IN MY 06' CHEVY TRAILBLAZER AND I HAD BEEN TURNED DOWN EVERYWHERE ELSE, FIVE STARS PLUS.
