I ordered a display case a couple of weeks ago, and, hoping and expecting a sturdy and archival protection for my valuables, I instead received parts that were not able to be asssembled. Despite the easy assembly instructions, the screws did not fit and the rods that supported the top kept collapsing. When I contacted the owner, he immediately took the defensive and blamed me for not putting it together properly and damaging the parts in the process. Although I offered to even send him photos or even a video of the substandard quality of his merchandise, he grudgingly offered to send me a couple of rods (which still didn't fit, btw). Then he reluctantly agreed to a refund of the case provided I return it at my own expense (total weight approx. 10 lbs of acrylic and wood) but he would not refund me my original shipping. I decided that it was it my best interest timewise and financially to just dispose of all the junk and advise the public not to patronize this business, which leaves customer service a lot to be desired.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, helped answer my questions immediately. Order arrived within 2 days of order. Products are excellent and at a reasonable cost.

Don't use them. They don't ship in a timely manner. Their customer service is non-existant and they do not reply to emails inquiring about shipping details. I am a doll seller and waited 10 days to get my very small order, and i am in the same state a few town apart. Just unacceptable!
