About three weeks ago my husband and I decided to purchase a new washing machine after ours of 23 years died. We shopped all the local stores in Midland. Our final stop was Lowe's in Midland. The sales person (I have forgotten his name but he is a resident of Beaverton, Michigan and works in the appliance dept.) was extremely courteous and helpful. Within 20 minutes we had selected and paid for our appliance! To my surprise, we also enjoyed free delivery, set up, and removal of the old washer. Thank you Lowe's. We are very satisfied customers.

My husband and I went to Lowe's to purchase an electric fireplace, or should I say try to purchase. We waited for a salesperson and waited!! Finally we pushed the button whichread "NEED HELP" and waited another 15 to 20 minutes and decided they must not need our business, so we left!!! Would not recommend this store in Midland to anyone I like!!!
