Founded in 1937, Central Middle School is located in Midland, Mich. The school offers various academic programs and extracurricular activities to students in grades seven and eight. Its curriculum offers mathematics, language arts, science, social studies, art, music and foreign languages. The school additionally offers classes in physical education, career and technical education and health education. It offers various sports activities, including basketball, football, tennis, swimming, gymnastics, wrestling, volleyball, baseball, softball, track and tennis. The school s fine arts department offers band, art, choir, drama and orchestra. Its extracurricular activities include student council, yearbook, academic track, forensics, and computer and drama clubs. Central Middle School is owned and operated by the Midland Public Schools.
