To provide every man, woman and child with the highest quality of Martial Arts Training, so that they become empowered to live richer, more rewarding and meaningful lives, and in so doing, contribute to a stronger and healthier community. We place a strong emphasis on life-skills and character development, guided by the three rules of our school: self-control, self-discipline and respect. We believe that the martial arts is the perfect vehicle for developing and expressing each students personal excellence. We also offer Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation!
