Our firm handles a number of practice areas and we offer experienced, personalized legal guidance in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Our firm offers the knowledgeable and tough trial representation that you might find in a big city firm with the personal attention of a solo practitioner. Instead of limiting ourselves to one or two practice areas, we work to resolve all of our clients’ legal problems. Aquidneck Legal Center is a general practice with an emphasis in the areas of Bankruptcy, Civil, Collections, Criminal, Divorce & Family Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Probate, Social Security, and Wills & Trusts. Because our firm is small and focused, we provide personalized service often not found in large law firms. When new clients come to the office, they speak directly to Attorney Casale, or receive a telephone call back that same day. We believe that this level of service is critical to meeting our goal of providing effective legal representation to everyone. We provide outstanding legal services at fair prices. In order to keep our clients’ costs reasonable, we provide an initial free consultation, either in person or by telephone. We know that our clients have many demands on their time. Accordingly, we provide appointments during the early morning and evening hours. Attorney Casale even makes himself available on weekends.
