Peiffer Plumbing is a very unprofessional outfit. I am just a regular homeowner, I don't have a big mansion. The owner came out and gave me an estimate and my home wasn't quite up to his high standards. As he handed me the estimate, he said ".... and we're NOT a lending institution!" I've never been so insulted in my life. I had more than enough money to pay his bill, however, as soon as he cleared my front door, I called a competitor, had them come out, they did the job and were paid in full. The competitor spoke to me with the dignity and respect I deserve. Also, Peiffer never answers their phone. You have to leave a message and they MIGHT get around to calling you back in the next week. Maybe they can't afford to hire a person to answer phones. That wouldn't surprise me since they don't know how to treat their customers. Don't call Peiffer Plumbing. Call anyone BUT them.
