Today was bar none the most disrespectful experiencehave ever received from a government employee. Miss Coleman was extremely rude gave incorrect information to my mother and I then refused to answer questions summoned security which was also rude. Both were telling me to leave when I questioned an error on my moms benefits. Error is still not resolved miss gay is working with mom on it. Miss Coleman and the security officer should be immediately terminated. It is unbecoming of a government employee to treat a citizen like these two treated me and my mother. They also refused to give out names of supervisors.
