How many students attend Summit Academy Schools We have approximately 2, 200 students in 26 schools in 14 Ohio communities.What is the curriculum Summit Academy Our curriculum is based on the Ohio Academic Content Standards, clearly defined objectives of what all students are expected to know and be able to do.We have low student-teacher ratios in our classrooms. Instruction is designed to be interactive and engaging.Our Therapeutic Martial Arts program is a key component to helping students control and coordinate their action of both the mind and body, thus improving social behavior and enhanced academic performance. It promotes a viable value system, belief in self, positive attitudes and physical wellness.Summit Academy has a code of student conduct. Each school has a Behavior Specialist and an IEP Coordinator who work with the school director, teachers and assistant educational instructors to support positive behaviors.Must I live in Ohio to attend Summit Academy Schools Yes, all students must be a resident of Ohio.
