• Primary Care
  If you have been referred by your primary care physician, please advise them of your appointment date so they can forward any blood work or test results to us for our physician to review.  Also, if you have been seen by another Gastroenterologist bring any procedure or testing reports with you or have that physician send those reports to our office.
• Emergency Care
  If you need to contact one of our physicians after regular office hours, call 513-422-5915 and the answering service will notify our on-call physician.  In case of a medical emergency call 911 or go directly to the nearest Emergency Room.
