The Middletown Community Health Center is a full-service diagnostic and treatment center with more than five locations throughout the state of New York. It is a nonprofit, community-based organization that serves more than 12,000 patients. The center has a staff of over 25 employees. The Middletown Community Health Center participates in the Health Disparities Collaborative through the United States Department of Health and Human Resources. The center offers a range of specialty, primary care, nephrology, gynecological, social work, and HIV and nutrition counseling services. The Middletown Community Health Center participates with several insurance companies, such as Medicaid, Medicare and Hudson Health Plan. The center has a mobile health van.
