      This bakery has HORRENDOUS customer service. Ordered a cassata cake well in advance of Christmas Day. Requested cannoli filling, rum, real whipped cream, sliced almonds on the outside, Christmas decorations. The cake had indiscernible rum (none of us could taste any rum at all) and some sort of frosting, not real whipped cream. No almonds. No Christmas decorations. The owner told me to bring the cake in. I brought it back today (about half the cake) and he PUT HIS FINGERS IN THE CAKE. TASTED IT, and said it was exactly as I ordered it. He refused to compensate for my unhappiness with it in any way, ZERO customer service. A total waste of $35. Will never set foot in that place again. \
