Sean is very knowledgeable on all appliances. Has helped me 2 times with success. The second time he gave me a possible DIY answer over the phone before he even came to look in hopes it would save us the money for something silly. While having an issue with out refrigerator he even called to check in and make sure everything was working out for us after. Truly nice couple of guys that know their appliances!

Do not use this guy at any costs. He is just a part changer that anyone can do from On-line. Never fixed issues even after 3 ttys on a dryer repair. I even gave the owner coffee and a total of 40 buck tip. I just threw him out of my house and chalked it up. Worst experience ever!

These guys showed up quickly, on time and did a terrific job. They went above and beyond.

We have been calling their three telephone numbers for over 1 week. They came to fix our refrigerator, cost almost $200.00 and initially it was working. Less than 48 hours later, it was worse than before they came to repair it. We have lost so much money in spoiled food, foods special purchased for a party as well as our just bought groceries. We can't even keep milk for a day without it curdling. All three phone numbers have a recording saying the voice mailbox is full. When you are able to leave a message ( and we have left several) no one returns our call. Our refrigerator is only a few years old, high-end, excellent brand and now the problem is even worse now. They were also supposed to return with a replacement part ( minor, separate problem) never came back. Now we will probably have to call someone else in, start from the beginning and incur additional expenses. Not before I report this to the Better Business Bureau, The Department of Consumer Affairs and forward it to the 127 people on my buddy list ( including some fairly large local organizations) and request that they too forward it to anyone they no to prevent them from getting jerked around and ripped off. That reminds me of some other online sites I can post this on....They even had a phony address on their reciept!!! Hope this helps someone else avaoid being victimized by ALL MAJOR APPLIANCE& REPAIR SERVICE IN MIDDLETOWN NJ!!!!!
