When I first moved to Delaware in 1998, I had my account at another bank. The service was terrible, the fee's were high,

and I was always getting hit with hidden fees, that would sometimes leave me overdrawn.

I moved to Middletown, Delaware and was looking into banks.The other banks had the attitude of nonchalance, it was an attitude of we don't care if you open a account with us or not, and I felt like I was bothering them and wasting their time.Well, I did not want to deal with any bank that had that kind of attitude.

The only bank were the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me and take as much time as I needed was WSFS. They outlined every options for me, fees etc. I signed up that day in late 1998, and have been with them since.I have never had a bad experience with this bank. Instead they have always helped me with any banking concerns I may have had. I.E If I needed to find out if a certain check cleared, no problem, if I needed to get my statement records for a whole year (because I misplaced mine), no problem they did it. Whenever I go into the bank or use the drive through I have always been pleasantly greeted.

My daughter was having trouble with a bank she chose, I directed her to WSFS in Middletown, and she is so happy with their services and staff.

I can go on and on about how wonderful this bank is, but the best thing is to tell you to try them for yourselves.
