I've seen many dentists over the years - mostly afraid of all of them! But, even walking into Dr. Arrighi's office was different - I felt at "home" with the warm and welcoming environment. And that was just the beginning! His staff, all through my visit, were courteous, knowledgeable, and so well prepared with the technology at their fingertips. Though still nervous, I knew I was finally set with "my" dentist when Dr. Arrighi arrived in the exam room. With a mouth as challenging as mine, he put me at ease with his gentle voice, coached me on how to help my oral health (and thereby my overall health) and the work he performed was painless and exact. His work has made me smile happily and proudly once again!!

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a dentist. The staff are top-notch and total professionals. I was greeted warmly and the waiting room is beautiful. The exam rooms are the most modern and advanced I've ever seen... widescreen TVs mounted on the ceiling you can watch (with headphones!) while the dentist/hygienist is working, digital x-rays, and my records are electronic, too. But, the best feature (by far) is the staff. Dr. Arrighi really knows his stuff. He is a perfectionist and is completely committed to your oral health. Unlike other dentists I've been to in the past, he takes the time to explain every detail to you. I highly recommend Middletown Family Dentistry to anyone looking for the best dentist they'll ever know.

WOW! What a refreshing change! To not only get prompt personal service that starts the second you walk into, what looks like a living room, till the moment you leave! From the Admin staff to the Hygienists, to the assistants all the way to Dr. Arrighi himself everyone was amazing! I loved having my teeth cleaned while watching ESPN Sportscenter in HD with headphones! My wife enjoyed a cup of hot chocolate while she waited for me! Dr. Arrighi explained everything before he did anything..love that! Unreal..finally an incredible dentist right here in Middletown my whole family will goto for years! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
