In operation for more than 20 years, the Water's Edge Center for Health and Rehabilitation is located in Middletown, Conn. The center offers nursing, residential, rehabilitative and health care services. It provides respite, hospice and complex medical care services. It serves patients who suffer from fractures, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, and Parkinson s and Alzheimer s diseases. The Water's Edge Center for Health and Rehabilitation provides physical, occupational and speech therapies to adults with mental and physical disabilities.
