I've been a member for almost 2 years. At first, I absolutely loved the place. There is a fabulous group of trainers that learn everyone's names and truly want their students to become strong. Honestly, the instructors are the only reason I am still a member, and the fact that I am locked into a 2 year contract that will be expiring soon. Over the last 6 months, I have seen this place go downhill. Not only do the owners not bother to pave the parking lot, ( it is full of potholes ) but they also refuse to allow their members to use the equipment, such as the treadmills. Rumor has it they are running off generators and the treadmills require too much power. The poor staff don't have an explanation to tell the members. For the price they charge every month, it is a ripoff. There are plenty of other awesome gyms here in CT, and I plan on taking my business elsewhere as soon as my "contract" is up with them. Although it will be tough to say goodbye to the trainers.

I love the place. I have been going there since it opened. Yes it has pot holes driving thru the lot big deal. The bathrooms are the cleanest and prettiest bathrooms I have ever seen and the water in the showers are always hot. They have got rid of some people that were not a good fit for the place and it's seems like they made good choices. That place is the best mma boxing facility I have ever seen.

Staff lack professionalism. Not secure- watch your stuff. Need to run AC when it's hot. No hot water for way too long- how long does it take to fix a hot water heater? Fix the potholes and maybe turn down the volume on the music.

I look forward to have a first class facility to work out in.

Can't wait to have this fitness center in town. WOW, the Famous Ken Shamrock. This place is going to rock
