I retained Atterbury, Kammer & Haag (Alex Kammer) to represent me after I had a car accident and was getting the run around from both the at-fault party's insurance company as well as my own health insurer. From the beginning of my representation, Alex and his staff fought for me not only through the Bad Faith lawsuit against my health insurance company but also with regards to the lawsuit against the at-fault driver and his insurance company. During this stressful time for me, Alex kept me informed and I always knew that he was in my corner no matter what we'd find at the next turn. We resolved both of my cases out of court and I couldn't be happier with the representation provided me by Alex Kammer. KA

I have been searching for a bad faith attorney for a couple of years due to the fact that my insurance company decided to railroad me by denying my auto theft claim and attempt criminal charges against me.
