Provided by YP.comDONT GO THERE!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! Even the owner Nick has no class!
This is my horrible experience:
Teresa's was my favorite restaurant. I have been there numerous times. Last night (Oct. 13, 2012) was my husband birthday so I decided to take him to Teresa's for his birthday dinner. My husband and I along with our friends have often frequented Teresa's. We loved it! Until last night. What a major embarrassment and disappointment! We were waited on by a waitress named Theresa. Our table was right behind the hostess stand. We were all in agreement that the food was good but the atmosphere was ruined with the terrible service our waitress gave us. We felt more like a bother than a valued customer. She was extremely rude! I repeat, Extremely rude! Not friendly, at all, and acted like she was in a race while serving us. Certain people in our group asked for regular coke, she brought them diet coke. When the people tried to tell her of the error, she just walked away like they weren’t even talking. She never, ever came back for refills or anything. We all sat there for long periods of time, thirsty, waiting for her to come back to request refills and she was back and gone in an instant, without asking if we wanted refills (it was obvious our glasses were empty or next to empty. Two incidents that really irritated me most was, one - my husband ordered and she asked him what kind of pasta?he asked if they had angel hair and she snapped "NO! He said ok. Another incident was while I was eating, I put my fork down for one second and went to pick it right up again and Theresa (waitress) came up behind me (scared me) and at the same time grabbed my dish and as she was lifting it up she said "all done?" I said "well I guess so." I was so disgusted, I just wanted to leave. She came back a little while later and literally threw desert menus in the middle of the table, never said a word and left. She never even asked us if we wanted the desert or coffee/tea or anything else for that matter. She made my husband's birthday very unenjoyable. The 7 of us did want desert but with her attitude was so despicable that we all had had it. We decided to forgo the desert. We had a terrible experience with her months ago and didn’t return for a while because of the awful despicable service she provided then. My husband and I decided to give it another shot. BUT, I promise, we will NEVER RETURN to Teresa's again! I have brought various friends, boasting about the place. What a disappointment! I am totally surprised at your staff. This waitress was not nice. Frankly, she should be work at diner where truck drivers go. You definitely lost 7 customers and we will not be back with any of our other friends. We told them all and they wont be back.
To add insult, the owner Nick called me regarding my terrible experience and apologized on my voicemail and asked that I call him back to discuss my experience. He said call my number I am here (meaning Wed) night until 10pm. I returned his call & the woman who answered said "what is your name", returned to the phone & said "I cant find him anywhere". So, I left another message and is is Saturday and Nick hasnt called back. So, I called today the woman said "which Nick, older/younger"? I said "whoever left me the message." Again, she said "I cant find him anywhere". I never said which Nick so how did she know which Nick was missing? Hmmmmm, sounds fishy to me. Sounds like Nick is just as bad as the waitress Theresa we had that night.

Provided by YP.comPretty decent food and the service was horrible. The waitress refuse to apologize after screwing up bread, starter, entree for all 3 of us and screwed the children food too. Even after we explained that to the manager (he was good), the waitress refused to accept that she messed up everything. It was our special day and the whole experience made us not to go back again.

This is truly a great place to go and enjoy the way Nonnie use to make family meals in the old country. The atmosphere is very nice with a bar/lounge on one side with a nice open restaurant on the other. The food is fantastic! Freshly made pasta, which I had and my wife had the seafood which was very fresh. Very accommodating waitstaff and looking forward to going back.Weekend nights the wait gets long, so I would recommend going late.
