i.e., A local fI was more then disappointed with my visit to hair obsession in Middlefield Ohio. I went in for a color and hair cut. I can not remember my stylists name but she is in her mid 30's with thick lighter color hair. She was the owner, and very stuck up, sorry I cant remember her name. The hair cut and color was not terrible (I've had better), but she made me feel super uncomfortable the hole time she was working on me.. All she talked about was herself and how she was the owner and how great she is.. she even showed me a picture of herself on the wall.. she has ZERO customer service skills. Some of the other girls there seemed much more personable then her. I will never go back due to the stylist that I had and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! My color started to fad in only a week. It has been about three weeks now and you can barely notice I got anything done.

I have been going to hair obsession since it opened and it keeps getting worse.. My first stylist was Amber and Nicole who did a good job. Last time I went there I went to Jen since she was open... SHE WAS BEYOND BAD!!!! Very stuck up and full of herself. While she was styling my hair all she did was talk about other employees and clients... She even took one of the girls in the back and was yelling at her. After talking to a lot of my friends everyone has had the same experience with Jen.. There is no way this place will stay in business with management like that.. If you want to go somewhere where the stylist will talk about u behind your back go 2 hair obsession...
