S anderson Funeral Service was purchased by Walter Ducharme in September 2005. Sandersons was established in the early 1900s by Waite and Company. It was then purchased by Gene Fletcher and remained Waite and Company until early 1990 when it was purchased by John Sanderson, who ran it as an independently owned funeral service until 1996. He sold the facility to Service Corporation International, a large based funeral chain out of Texas. We offer package includes basic services of the funeral director and staff ; embalming ; dressing,casketing cosmetics ; viewing/visitation for one evening and one hour prior to services (at the Funeral Home); funeral ceremony (at the Funeral Home); graveside service ; funeral coach ; flower car/utility vehicle ; and transfer of remains to the funeral home .
