Are you happy with your current transcription service? If you cannot answer with a positive YES to that question, then please read on… I am a small business owner who has been doing medical transcription for various specialties since 1997. I have experience from general medicine to general surgery, cardiology to rheumatology, with several others in between. There is not a report or letter that I personally do not check. I would like to offer my services to you! I have the capability of doing transcription from a cassette or digitally, whichever mode you prefer. This means I can service physicians anywhere! I do have to warn you though, digital has a much better turnaround time since I can get the dictation from you immediately, transcribe it, and sent it right back to you via an encrypted e-mail. If you just want to try out my transcription service or if you’re looking for something more permanent, please give me a call. I can also handle overflow or vacation time, whatever need you might have - I am here to figure out what would work best for you. I can also provide references so you know the quality of work you will get from me. Please don’t get discouraged if I don’t answer when you call, I try not to answer the phone when I’m in the middle of transcribing.
