This is a horrible place to live in. The manager of the park is not quick with repairs of any kind. (Heat, Water heater, A/C, Plumbing, Etc.) Have had so many issues with them confusing accounts, Park manager plow in winter (rarely) and does a horrid job if it. None of the park rules and regulations are actually enforced (Quiet time/Loud noises after X Hour, Speed limit, parking, Limit 2 animals, Leashing said animals when they are outside/walking, Etc) Emergency Maintenance number is never correct (Including the same day as it being posted at office or told to you directly from the park manager himself). Trailers themselves are rented out in poor condition (Roof leaked since before we moved in reported it to office repeatedly it no avail, Mold inside walls causing health issues, Carpets saturated in animal urine, No smoke detectors or fire extinguisher, Old tenets still had keys and broke in/stole items repeatedly [Locks were eventually switched out but only after a too long time frame and fuss with manager). Referral bonus program (If you refer someone to the park and they move in you get 1 month lot rent free) Took over 6 months to receive it only after constantly trying to receive it, in the end had to ask if I needed to get a lawyer to be able to get it.Neighbors are generally nice and friendly (Always a few bad apples), The usual park drama But very poor office staff. I truly believe that if a new manager is appointed this would be a wonderful place to live. However until such time none of my reviews will change.
