What a rude leasing agent. I'm in the process of selling my home and look for an apartment. I called to get pricing and it was so unprofessional. I did not want to give me any pricing and said that they did not have any available. I ask if they take pets, I got yep. Does anyone know who owns this company? It was terrible.

I am a new tenant moving in on the 1st jill and every one in the office are such a pleasure to work with. they helped me get everything done such a helpfull bunch. there the kinda people you can just talk to about everything and anything. im a very picky person when it come to where I live and who I have to deal with for management and im so happy I came across this place.im looking forward to many years there. I have read the other comments about his place and seen the complaints and I have noticed in talking to and dealing with jill and the others in the office if u speak to them and voice your concerns they get things taken care of and in a hurry so instead of talking stupid on here about the snow speak to them so it can get fixed they cant fix what they don't know about. really hoping the club house and everything else can get started soon im looking forward to them . thank u soo much to every one with arbor pointe aprts it helps make the move easer when u have a good management

We are moving into Arbor Pointe apartments in two days. Today my girlfriend and her father went to the apartment and noticed an odd smell in what will soon be our nursery. My girlfriend asked if we can have the carpet changed in that room before we move in (IN TWO DAYS). We were given a call that explained the owner would prefer to re-carpet the whole apartment rather than the one room. While this makes since we are heavy invested in moving on the date we expected, and redoing the whole apartment will push our move in date back. Jill the apartment manager, has went far out of her way to make sure that we get in on the date expected and under conditions we are comfortable with. Jill has been a great help and has completely went above and beyond to see that we are happy. Jill: We are very thankful for all that you have done. You get five stars from us and we don't even live there yet. I'm sure we will have many more great things to say through-out the next year.

I am moving to Michigan City from another state and after viewing several different apartment complexes, I thought Arbor Pointe offered the most for my money. I will move into my new apartment next week. The apartments are spacious, have stainless steel kitchen appliances, great closet space for all my clothes and shoes and a master bath that is unbelievable. I feel like I am moving into a condo vs. an apartment. The management office has been great to work with. I read below that the tenant spoke with other tenants who live at the apartment complex and I too, spoke with a few tenants who stated that they enjoy living there. Once I have lived here for a while, I will certainly enter another review - good or bad.

I read the reveiws and took them into consideration but I decided to rent at Arbor Pointe. I got a 12 month lease and Jill the manager did everything she could to assist me. I couldnt make up my mind which apt. I wanted and she showed me all 3 different apts like 4 different times. The apts. were vary spacious inside and beautiful woods around the apts make it very senic. Close to shopping areas and schools I found everything to be accessable for my needs. I also spoke to several of the residence who live in the complex and one of them has been there for 7 years and say they have no complaints and they feel very safe there. I would say for the price I got a very spacious apt (and I check numerous apts in the area) and I am happy with my decision. I would recommend Arbor Pointe Luxury Apts.

they are terrible about keeping the snow cleared. you'd think they'd be better at this since they're also a landscaping company. they were also supposed to have a clubhouse, pool and other apartment buildings up......none of it has happened. i would think you can move into somewhere less expensive with better upkeep.

Watch your security deposit go right out the window when your lease is up. They take out general cleaning, labor, painting, carpet cleaning and you get hardly any of it back. Read the lease and ask about the security deposit. They told us we would only have to pay for carpet cleaning even though the carpet was not stained or ruined in any way. If you have pets there is a NON-REFUNDABLE pet deposit as well as a $20 per month per pet fee extra. No one walked through the apartment when I moved in and no one was available to walk through and check it when I left. And I left it spotless. No one was at the office to take my keys either. The office was closed and it was the middle of the day. I was told that there was extra insulation in the walls and I could hear the people below me all the time. They were very loud. The apartments are very nice. I say watch your back if you do decide to rent there. They also want an 18 month lease.
