My only complaint is we watched waitresses rolling silverware and napkins. One staff member kept checking her cell phone while using the same gloves to roll silverware and also touching the part people eat off of. The others did not do that. She needs some training and put the cell away... Concentrate on what's she's doing.
EDIT: I was contacted the same day of my complaint by Nate Bauman expressing his apologies for my experience and a $30 gift certificate for our troubles. He did try to state that since the menu stated the cookie was hot from the oven that I should have expected it on a burning hot plate, seems like a stretch to me. Also, he stated the bread is stored in bags in the kitchen at room temp. Hopefully the next visit will be better...
They served my 3 year old daughter dessert on a plate hot enough to burn and said ' don't touch the plate, it is extremely hot'. How can they expect a 3 year old not to touch a plate? And yes, when I moved it onto another plate it burned me. They also served us cold bread (not room temp, but cold), and when asked, the waitress said it was supposed to be cold. When asked again later, she said it should just have been room temp, and had no idea why it was so cold. Didn't offer to find out or analogize. I have sent an email to them, if they resolve the situation I will revise this. Worst $50 spent ever.
This is a great place to eat had pizza there plus subs and salads great great food !
Everything at Milano's is delicious! Great subs, salads & pizzas. The house dressing is to die for!!
This is by far the best pizza in the Dayton area. I have never had a bad pizza here and I eat it often. Keep up the good work!
