Grand Lake Mental Health Center Inc. is a community-oriented facility licensed by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services. Based in Nowata, Okla., it provides a range of behavioral health services to individuals, families as well as children of the region. Its expertise includes planning programs and modules for community integration, outpatient treatment, case management and crisis stabilization. The Crisis Stabilization Program is designed to provide short-term crisis intervention and rapid stabilization services. Selected programs at Grand Lake Mental Health Center Inc. are CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accredited.
