Very friendly and helpful people. While they might not always have what I am looking for, I can understand that as they are a pawn shop and not your neighborhood market. They are always fair with their prices and give excellent customer service.I would also like to add that after reading the posts about a gun purchase that a person claims to have had a problem with, I have NEVER seen the manager or any other worker treat a customer with disrespect. The only time I have ever witnessed a person being asked to leave was when the customer came in with an attitude and was acting in a violent and threatening manner. I believe that any business would ask a person to leave under those circumstances. After all, the people that work there deserve to be treated in a respectful manner also.

As a regular customer of the store I was in there when Cody M. was. The manager did say that if he could leave the gun behind that he would fix the problem, and that it probably just needed to be cleaned. He also advised Cody that if it needed parts that he would order them and fix it as he had to do in the past with some other guns. Cody then said that he didn't believe that the gun could be fixed and that it never worked in the first place. Frustrated the manager said that he could take it and leave or leave it behind to be repaired. Cody then left saying that "that's a great way to run a business". Also on the subject of almost breaking your hand , I believe that it was Albert Einstein that said " The definition of insanity is doing something over and over again and expecting a different result.

I recently bought ans SKS from this store, I attempted to fire it for the first time and it would not chamber a round from the magazine. I attempted to load the gun one shell at a time to check the accuracy. The gun fired the round with my hand on the slide and almost broke my hand. When I returned with the gun to see if i could return it, I was told by the manager that he himself had no problem with it whatsoever. I said I didn't believe that, especially after 4 people just had issues with it and he told me I could take the gun and leave. I will NEVER buy from here again or recommend it to anyone I know.
