This company is one of the worst companies in Miami, Oklahoma to possibly work for. They do hire felons and those with a scarred past, but the way they treat their employees, you'll wish you were back in prison. Human Resources in the plant is lazy. Management has no understanding of what operators of machines deal with, nor do they care. The pay is worthless; you might as well go work at a grocery store bagging groceries, as it pays more for part time work than these guys do for full time. I would know; I actually switched from bagging groceries to doing this job, and I regret every second of it. Nothing anyone could say or do would ever make me want to work for them or with them ever again after leaving.
