This place is too expensive and on top of that the hispanic woman who works there has no knowledge about hair products .She couldn't help me she had to ask a male customer as soon as he got into store.

This company has literally screwed me over 900.00 dollars!!!!! Where is the justice! They need to be shut down.

DON'T BUY ANY HAIR FROM THIS STORE. I've BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR OVER 10 YEARS. ONE DAY THEY SOLD ME THE WRONG LENGTH OF HAIR AND WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR MISTAKE. I PAID FOR 18IN HAIR AND THE LENGTH WAS 16. THEY HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
