They have no concept of what customer satisfaction is all about. Be careful with you bill and most of all your out of pocket expense because they dont care if its their mistake, they WILL bill you for it and will be willing to lose you as a client. Even after all the work is done and you have made all your payments, they will bill you for more. Dont be fooled by their 27 positive reviews because all those reviews are posted on their website and they control the admin page meaning that negative reviews do not get posted and are discarded. I felt like buying a car at a used car dealership. The pressure to sell you more than you need and the negotiation to have you pay for services included on the insurance. Worst experience ever. I will recommend to others, to look for a dentist with a heart for the people not for the money.
