      My first experience with Acupuncture was with DR. Lacayo. I was a bit skeptical at first , but boy was I pleasantly surprised!. I orig went to see her for shoulder pain that I had since my service in the military. Reg Md had told me I was looking at surgery. Dr Lacayo is very knowledgeable and takes her time in explaining her findings. but most importantly it didn't hurt! After just 6 treatments I felt over 75 % relief. I avoided surgery & Ive been pain free ever since. I still see Dr. Lacayo a few times a year to keep me and my family healthy esp during allergy season. Highly rec!I

Certified through NASM as a certified personal trainer. Her undergraduate studies were in Pre-Nursing in MDC where she earned her Associates in Science. She has experience in weight loss counseling, fertility issues, and mental health. Ruth Lacayo AP. is bilingual.
