The Community Habilitation Center, also known as CHC, offers a range of transition and exploration programs for individuals. It encourages and works with local business community to provide individuals jobs in stores, restaurants and offices. The center provides various health and fitness programs. It features a ceramics studio, technology laboratory and fitness center. The center assists individuals explore and practice skills in decision making. It also helps them to learn about their rights and responsibilities and how to be active participants in their communities. Its technology laboratory offers individuals access to computers equipped with functional software. The Community Habilitation Center is located in Miami.
