Anyone who stays here takes a real risk because of the absolute lack of management support during one's stay. After the incident the management offered NO follow-up to our complaints. On the Saturday night of our stay, at around 2 in the morning, suddenly the entire loft vibrated with the sound of loud music. It felt as though someone was holding a concert in the loft next door. No one could have slept through that noise. I called the Living Residences phone number to complain, and was told that there was nothing they could do -- they had no staff on hand in the building to deal with such problems. Our sleep was ruined, and Living Residences did nothing during or after the incident to solve the problem. Stay at your own risk! You are on your own if any problems with the room develops--
