I was presented with a problem that needed immediate resolution. During a storm my breaker box went out and I had no power. I immediately called Robert (because he had conducted service at my residence before and within a matter of minutes (after leaving a voice mail), his secretary Christy called me back ready to free me from my dire situation. Robert immediately came to my residence and within 45 minutes had my power restored. I am so grateful for QT electric and their customer service.

I called at around 8 at night and didn't expect someone to answer, but they did. It might as well have been an answering machine cause all the agent did was take my information and said someone would contact me ASAP. They next day someone called to get the same exact information and again was told someone would call me. Still waiting....In the time I have been waiting I got someone else to give me a quote and get my electrical work done.

Excellent service. I called because we had a short with our dyer and right from the start the customer service was great. Robert came out and identified the problem right away. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable electricians. I am actually going to use them again for other electrical work I need around the house. I would recommend them without a dought.

We had an electrical problem on a Sunday and called QT after looking for someone on the Internet. The owner was so nice and was at the house by 10am and the problem was fixed in a few hours.
