My USs 8 months child needed a Chinese visa and I paid through the whole express package only to find out that it was denied because it requires both parents to attend in person at the consulate if one of the parent is a Chinese national. The office said they did not know it was a requirement.really? what do we hire you for then? NO refunds given and the passport was not expedited back. I had to call to find out days later were the documents were returned and ready to be picked up. just friendly, professionals dedicated to you and your travel needs. They said! But my experience with the Miami office was different... Unprofessional, unresponsive, unapologetic, and detached.

Check the BBB of Florida...www.seflorida.bbb.org - 78 complaints in 36 months. They took my money but then did nothing and I have not been able to get my money back. I should have reviewed the BBB web site first. Beware
