Founded in 1978, Morton's The Steakhouse is renowned for its signature menu that features a variety of seafood, salads, entrees, desserts and appetizers. Its dinner menu includes smoked salmon, lamb chops, crab cakes, baked lobster, saut ed mushrooms, creamed spinach and steamed broccoli. The restaurant, with several locations in Miami, provides private boardrooms with flat-screen televisions and other audiovisual equipment. The restaurant also has a bar that offers more than 200 varieties of wine, such as cabernet sauvignon, merlot, zinfandel and pinot noir. Morton's The Steakhouse is a part of Morton's Restaurant Group, which operates more than 75 upscale steakhouses throughout the United States, Toronto, Singapore, Hong Kong and Macau.
