I have to warn other consumers about these people. I hope my experience helps others not go through what happened to me. Avoid miracle laser!!!!Please save yourself, your body and your money!!!! Go somewhere else. These people are incompetent and clueless about customer service. I went for laser hair removal. On my appointment the technician even though I was very clear about what areas I wanted treated ignored my request and passed the laser everywhere. Her negligence and technique in passing the laser caused damage to very important body parts. The worst of it is that these people couldn't care less. They didn't care at all about my complaint and ignored my calls/voicemails. In addition, they never even refunded my money (I had to open a dispute with my credit card). On top of all this, they had their lawyer send me a letter stating that they refuse to take responsibility and refuse any due refund. Who does this??? Really??!! Absolutely Horrible customer service!!!! Nightmare experience. These folks don't care at all about their customers or any consequence their mistakes may cause. There are so many other great laser places in Miami. Do yourself and your body a favor go somewhere else!!!!Bottom line when you are going to a medispa or medical procedure it is vital that you feel secure the place has your back and if a mistake is made the place with own up to it and help you reach a resolution. This placed failed miserably on all accounts. Please people think about it. Better to be safe than sorry.

I went there with my sister too get our nails done for my birthday and first my nails were different sizes and then we asked for a cheetah design and didn't know what it was and just did squigali lines and random circles.They where horrible looking.
