Experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience of working with a wide variety of people experiencing crisis by providing psychotherapy treatments for depression, anxiety, anger management and grief counseling. I practice several different techniques to approach life hurdles such as self-awareness, positive self-talk, mindfulness, and meditation. I provide a non-judgmental space, which helps to create a safe and comfortable zone to express yourself. My goal is aimed specifically to help you identify the problem, find a solution, and provide empowerment tools. In addition to therapy I am a Qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker supervisor. I offer supervision to social worker interns through individual and group supervision, as well as weekend study group sessions.
