I wish I could give a good review of this business, but I can't. I sent my Raytheon searchlight to them back in the beginning of November and was told they could repair it and get it back to me in about a week. Well, it has now been over 6 weeks, they took my credit card info, and I still have no search light. When I call, each time I am told "it's on the table now you should get it next week"..............And after this mornings call I was told again "it's on the table, they are just getting to it"..........All I get are excuses..........Do yourself a favor........don't use LB Harvey Marine for any type of repairs unless you don't need your parts for a very long time...this is not a company that stands by their word and certainly doesn't care about keeping customers.........or making new ones.
