Established in 1980, J C Machine Shop is a supplier of fabricated equipment and machinery for a variety of industries. The company specializes in integrated manufacturing, metal fabrication and custom gearing. It serves a variety of industries including the heavy moveable structures, lock and dam industry, waste to energy industry and sugar cane processors. Located in Miami, Fla., with an approximately 40,000 square feet manufacturing facility, the company's in-house machining and fabrication capabilities include turning up to 105 inches in diameter by over 25 feet between centers, and gear cutting up to 27 feet in diameter with face widths of about 56 inches. In addition, J C Machine Shop can also roll bend, weld and work plate to over 40,000 pounds, along with a host of CNC (Computerized Numerical Controlled) milling, boring and grinding services.
