This is the worst service I have seen in my life. The cargo is never on time, when you call customer service to ask about your cargo some operators answer with no idea what they do. I do not recommend this company. They are a headache. This is the worst customer service in the world. No recomiendo esta compania. Son un dolor de cabeza. Es el peor servicio al cliente en el mundo.

The worst service ever....My advise: Never use them. I sent one package from Houston to Bogota on Feb. 14, 2011, It supossed to arrive in Bogota on 5 days. Today March 2, is still in ... (I don't know where) waiting for the airline. I had been calling every day to this office in Miami and in Bogota, services departments and both of them gave me different answers, lies and lies. Up today I don't know where my package is or if they lost it. I will contact the BBB in Miami.
