People were courteous and friendly, I was picking up a vanity and a faucet for a friend. After they found the paper work, they had the items out promptly, handed me a box with the faucet and opened the crate with the vanity to allow me to inspect. I saw no flaws. I brought the items home and upon opening the box with the faucet i found a part missing. I called and the person on the phone asked for the invoice # and said no problem, come back and pick up the part. I returned, they handed me a part and said have a good day. I went to my truck checked to see if the part fit and it didn't. I went back in and this time they asked me for the invoice paper, left me waiting for a while, returned stating if I wanted the part I would have to pay for it. $15.00. I was out the door with the wrong part but had to pay for the right one. almost $1000.00 was spent and they had to squeeze a little more.
