I made an appointment back in September for October 22. When I get there, I call the office to ask where I should park. She asks if I had an appointment and I told the secretary yes at 1:00 pm. She then proceeded to tell me that I don’t have an appointment and that I needed an authorization number for the appointment. Besides the fact that she did not speak very good English.
