General Info

Struggling with your self-concept, friendships, anxiety and/or depression? Need to look at your relationship with food? Did you get a difficult new medical diagnosis? Let's figure out what's going on and work to help you live the life you want. I enjoy working with adults in a holistic way, taking into account how our physical and emotional health intersect. I am particularly passionate about working with a team, including, but not limited to your physician, psychiatrist, nutritionist, etc. If you don't have a team, I'll help you create the support you need!

You may find our work will be a mix of relational awareness, increasing coping skills and exploring the meaning you want your life to have. Depending on the client, some may talk during the entire session, while others explore mind-body related activities to use during the week.

In addition, I am a Qualified Supervisor. However, professional supervision is not only for those who are unlicensed and I gladly work with peers who want to grow in their professional identity.

I am a member of the following organizations: American Psychological Association (including Div. 42 Independent Practice), Florida Psychological Association, International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals, Binge Eating Disorder Association, Yoga Alliance I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) by the International Association for Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP) and I am trained in hatha yoga and certified in Curvy Yoga committed to making yoga accessible for all body types. I am a Qualified Supervisor as deemed by the state of Florida.
