General Info

Dr. Gerardo A. Polanco is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Pedro Henriquez Urena National University, Dominican Republic. He did his training in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University Hospital and completed his Cardiovasular Medicine fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Polanco specializes in general cardiology, as well as invasive cardiology. He has expertise in a variety of noninvasive cardiac imaging, including transesophageal and transthoracic echocardiography, nuclear stress testing and vascular ultrasound. Dr. Polanco has been in practice for over 20 years in the South Florida community. It is with great pleasure and pride that we welcome him to our practice.
